This deep coloured wine has a fruity and elegant bouquet of cherry and plum. Serve at 17-18°C with leg of lamb, grilled fillet of duck breast or pan-fried mushrooms. Ideal with a good selection of cheeses. Aging potential 5 to 10 years.
